Gorynych 300 is a trailed combined deep loosener manufactured by Agroprayd LLC. The working and transport width of Gorynych 300 is 3 meters. The unit is combined thanks to the presence of a 2-row system of front discs for grinding plant residues. The interval between the flat discs with aggressive tooth cutting is 20 cm. The diameter of each disc is 520 mm, and the maximum working depth of the discs is 5 cm. The front discs have independent stepless hydraulic adjustment of the working depth, but if necessary, they can be left in the raised position and not used at all.
Behind the wedge-shaped shredding discs are tines with a maximum working depth of up to 45 cm. The interval between the tines is variable from 45 to 70 cm. The interval can be changed steplessly within the range of 45-70 cm by one person. The type of rack is selected by the customer before ordering. Each rack is protected by a shear bolt that activates under excessive load, protecting the bracket, the frame of the unit, and the tractor hitch from damage. Optionally, the racks can be protected by hydraulic cylinders, which significantly increases productivity in difficult conditions. The interval between the racks is not chosen by chance and makes it possible to apply liquid or granular fertilizers in rows with a specified row spacing. The Gorinich 500 frame provides sufficient space for the installation of fertilizer application equipment. Fertilizer application equipment is discussed separately and is installed practically individually to order.
Behind the posts are transport/support wheels. The wheels are designed for safe transportation of the unit on public roads, as well as for working in the field without compacting already loosened soil. The wheels are support wheels, but they may not be used during operation. Thus, the entire weight of the Gorinich 300, which is 4200 kg, is transferred to the support roller for even better performance.
The work is completed by a heavy tandem support disc roller. The roller consists of two rows of equal-toothed discs with double-sided individual sharpening, which cut any plant residues and destroy any clods of soil without sticking in wet conditions.
