A mobile ventilation spear or grain ventilator is a mobile device for active aeration (ventilation) of agricultural products in floor storage facilities or open storage areas.
The main tasks of using an aerator are:
- Reducing the temperature of grain before placing it in long-term storage.
- Drying grain both before placing it in long-term storage and during storage.
- Eliminating pockets of grain heating during storage in floor-type storage facilities.
- Ventilating the grain mass to prevent the development of mold and pests.
- Air and heat warming of seeds before sowing.
Technical characteristics of the grain aerator manufactured by Agropride LLC:
- motor power 0.4 kW, 220 V.
- fan capacity – 1500 m³/h,
- maximum length of the grain fan – 3 m (the length of the pipe is agreed upon when ordering)
- length of the perforated part – 1 m,
- perforation diameter – 1.5 mm (suitable for rapeseed and other small-seed crops),
- total weight – 25 kg,
- material – steel coated with a special metal-ceramic compound with a polymer primer (suitable for use in the aggressive environment of sunflower and rapeseed hybrids),
- operates in the mode of air injection into the grain pile.
